JBT alco Cordon-Bleu Slicer ACB

The operator can easily fine-tune the settings without the need of tools, enabling a quicker transition between batches. The clamping device allows for the belts to be easily changed and cleaned, maintaining high hygiene standards and smaller gaps between production runs.

Made entirely of stainless steel and food-approved plastic, the design is easy to clean and maintain. The machine also ensures high operating safety with an intuitive operation through an interactive touch screen.
