Interfood Technology has two post-pack options. The first is cold High Pressure Processing (HPP) technology from Hiperbaric, a pasteurisation technique to: extend shelf life; reduce the number of additives; maintain fresh taste and nutritional qualities throughout product life. Also, a thermal system from Hoegger that guarantees compliance with microbiological standards.
