The Salva Negative cold chambers offer precise control over storage conditions, regulating temperature, humidity, and air circulation to create an ideal environment for product preservation.

Chamber constructed with a robust 60mm thick polyurethane foam sandwich panel for exceptional insulation.
Interior and exterior surfaces expertly finished with food-grade PVC, ensuring hygiene and durability.
Featuring a 60mm thick insulated floor clad in AISI 304 food-grade stainless steel for added strength and cleanliness.

Our negative cold rooms offer precise control over storage conditions, enabling regulation of temperature, humidity, and air circulation. This control ensures an optimal environment for product preservation, maintaining quality and integrity.

The CFN Range is available in two configurations:

MONOBLOCK: situated on the chamber ceiling.

SPLIT: Evaporators positioned within the chamber and the remaining cooling unit located up to 10 meters away.
