SALVA
The Salva CFP is a positive cold chamber designed to enhance food preservation, adapt to storage needs, and save energy for small and medium-sized bakery and pastry shops. It maintains temperatures from 0ºC to +10ºC, ideal for storing delicate pastries and perishable ingredients. They are compact refrigeration units for small cold rooms in medium and low temperature compression, air or water condensing applications, managed by an intelligent control system for precise regulation. With high-quality insulation and temperature control technologies, they minimise cold losses and reduce energy consumption, resulting in significant long-term cost savings.
Product storage at positive temperatures - indoor temperature working range: 0ºC to +10ºC, working range at outside temperature: up to 43ºC.
Constructed with a skinplate exterior finish and 60mm thick insulating polyurethane foam sandwich panel.
Optional 60mm sandwich panel flooring.
Inner and outer surfaces finished in food grade PVC.

MONOBLOCK: Cold unit situated at the top of the unit.

SPLIT: Evaporators placed within the chamber, with the rest of the cooling unit positioned up to 10 meters away.
