Offering precise portioning, clean cutting of bone-in and bone-less products and, characterised by its versatility, the Astech SRA bandsaw:

• Can cut chilled or frozen product down to a temperature of minus 40°C
• Can accommodate a wide range of products through quick-remove grippers to ensure easy product changeover
• Can be programmed to various cutting configurations, dependent on product type and desired end-result
• Can cut up to 8 lamb loins or 5 lamb legs simultaneously by one operator

Safety again being at the forefront of products offered by Interfood, the machine is surrounded by a stainless steel barrier to prevent access to the interior and the cargo area features a safety light curtain that stops all movement if activated.
