Poly-clip System FCA 80
The FCA is an automatic clipping machine that is connected mechanically and electrically to the vacuum stuffer. The product portions are fed into the nearest gram and are closed by a clip as single portions or chains. The automatic double clipper, FCA 80 closes collagen casings up to 80mm, fibrous casings up to 100mm and plastic casings up to 160mm, depending on the thickness of the material.
The innovative clear control panel includes simple functions for adjusting the knife, loops, and labels, this allows for an easily operated machine. With ergonomic and functional controls, the machine does not require an operator specialist. The machine is also safe for operators due to the two-handed triggering of the first clip.
