The Rotary Moulding Machine RWS – RWSD is a versatile solution that combines biscuit forming and decoration into a single, multifunctional unit. With a focus on versatility, this machine caters to a diverse range of biscuit varieties, offering an array of decoration options to suit various requirements. From basic biscuit formation within the rotary head, to the addition of decorative elements such as glazes sugar sprinkles, nut and seed toppings, and marmalade/jam fillings, the RWS – RWSD represents convenience and efficiency for biscuit manufacturers. Each decoration device is equipped with independent regulation, allowing for easy adjustment and maximum production flexibility. Once decorated and filled, the biscuits are deposited onto baking trays from the specially designed charger at the top of the machine. The final product is delivered directly to the baking trays, ready for the oven.
