- The Controlled Proofer Chamber for Tray Rack Trolleys offers versatile tray accommodation, capable of holding up to 12 trays of various sizes, including 60x40, 66x46, 75x45, 70x50, 80x40, 80x46, 80x60, and 100x80. Salva also provides the option for custom-made cabinets tailored to meet each customer's specific requirements.
- The Salva control system in the controlled proofing process enables the programming of 5 different cycles, facilitating a gentle airflow within the cabinet to produce a superior quality and humidity type of cold.
- Various proofing methods are available: direct, controlled proofing, and low-temperature proofing with humidity.
- Technology across the entire design concept ensures a comprehensive range of cabinets catering to diverse trolley types:
- FC-K accommodates tray trolleys up to 80x46 in size.
- FC-SR is designed for 80x60 tray trolleys.
