The Salva Labe Trans Electric Convection Oven is a dependable and efficient choice for baking on trays, ideal for in-store preparation of bread and pastries. Known for its reliability and versatility, Labe Trans delivers consistent performance across diverse settings. Prioritising durability and energy efficiency, this oven minimises energy consumption while maintaining stable cooking temperatures within the chamber. Labe Trans achieves exceptional cooking quality with its dual turbines and the high quality moisture system (direct humidity), ensuring perfectly cooked products with an appealing appearance.
Stainless steel structure: The oven is built in AISI 430 stainless steel, both the exterior and the interior of the Labe, complying with CE regulations.
Electromechanical control panel: The electronic control panel has 25 different programmes. Each cooking programme can control 5 phases, and in each phase, the temperature, the time of steam injected, the opening of the flue and the phase time.
Insulation: High thermal insulation and high quality
Capacity: 4 trays or grills of 60x40 cm placed crosswise
Options: Side-opening or hinged door
Adjustable legs: Providing the user with the option of positioning the oven to their to the user's liking and desired height for convenience.
