Central to the oven's functionality is the AISI 304 stainless steel turbine, featuring self-reversing rotation to guarantee even and consistent cooking.
Rounded, airtight chamber facilitates even airflow, promoting consistent baking and preventing leaks.
Side air tanks are thoughtfully designed for an even distribution of airflow throughout the chamber, ensuring outstanding baking results.
The high-performance steamer ensures a steam spray across the chamber, achieved by injecting water into the diffuser coupled to the fan shaft.

Simple and Efficient Convection Oven: Designed for forced-air baking, this convection oven boasts an energy-efficient design with a double layer of insulation. The first layer, consisting of high-density insulation, covers the chambers, while an air chamber minimises secondary conduction losses.

Eco-Friendly Auto-Shutdown Feature: Under the ECO parameter, the oven automatically shuts down when it consumes 0 kW/h. This feature activates a standby state, turning off all oven systems after a customer-programmed duration with no panel or door interactions.

Effortless Maintenance with ECU Parameter: The Efficient Maintenance ECU parameter streamlines the transition to an efficient maintenance temperature after a user-defined period with no panel or door activity. Initially set at 30 minutes and 120 ºC, this feature significantly reduces consumption by 75% when maintaining a temperature of 200 ºC, with a quick 4-minute cooking temperature recovery.
