The LAPEG Hybrid from Pujolàs offers fully automated packing of bone in and boneless primals. The high-performance and flexible machine has been designed for automatic packing of single or multiple products into casings, prior to cooking or drying. Separate whole muscles are hand-placed into the mould and automatically fed into the machine, and the automatic loader can be used for single muscles which do not need positioning. The pack is then automatically tensioned to remove air & clipped before being ejected via conveyor to a cooking rack or buffer.
