The Maurer-Atmos KK is a universal system used for fast and controlled treatment of the cooking products in the most efficient time. The machine offers processed for cooking, pasteurising and optional showering with cold or warm water. The KK uses systems that are specifically developed for the cooking process in order to guarantee low investment costs for a high production capacity. This machine requires minimum space in a production area and has a maximum output.

Maurer-Atmos Universal-Circulation System KK

The Maurer KK is an efficient device that can be altered to enhance its performance. The optional air circulation system guarantees excellent product flexibility so that products, for example ham, can be produced in various moulds despite high trolley loading. The air system also has individual fans for each trolley place.

With the systems exceedingly small width and height dimensions, the individually tailored solutions can be developed for both larger industrial or smaller trade companies. This compact design requires little space in a production room. The machine also meets all hygiene standards due to the reduced bacteria growth during the cooking process, ensuring high-quality products ensuring food safety.
