Interfood Technology has announced a new partnership with German food processing equipment specialist Eberhardt GmbH, expanding the production solutions available to food manufacturers across the UK and Ireland.
The agreement will see Interfood supply and support Eberhardt’s Air Max Food Press, specialist food moulds, TT Bastard 160 and Ergolift, strengthening its range of meat processing equipment, food press systems and ergonomic handling solutions.
With more than 60 years’ experience in stainless steel manufacturing, Eberhardt develops food processing machinery for meat, fish, cheese and plant-based applications. Its equipment combines German engineering with a practical understanding of production challenges, from maintaining consistent product dimensions to reducing raw material losses and making better use of labour and factory space.
The Air Max Food Press uses pneumatic pressure control to achieve repeatable product shapes during cooking, smoking and drying. Combined with Eberhardt’s ham moulds, sausage moulds and customised designs, the system helps processors reduce cutting losses, improve raw material utilisation and achieve consistent dimensions for subsequent slicing and packaging.

The TT Bastard 160 adds continuous meat and fish processing capabilities, providing a different approach to conventional meat mixing and tumbling. Designed to shorten processing times and support stronger protein binding, its compact 2.4 m² footprint and flexibility across different batch sizes offer options for manufacturers reviewing capacity and production flow.
Alongside the processing systems, Ergolift provides ergonomic lifting equipment for loading and unloading press carts, cooking racks and containers. Ground-level access and automatic lifting to preset working heights help reduce repetitive lifting, bending and manual repositioning, while two-hand operation and a secure cleaning mode support safe use.
Specialist equipment backed by local support
Customers will benefit from Interfood’s support across application assessment, workflow planning, installation, commissioning and training. Its network of OEM-trained engineers across the UK and Ireland will also provide maintenance, technical assistance and ongoing after-sales support.
The partnership gives production and operations teams access to specialist food production equipment with guidance on how it can fit their products, existing machinery and production targets. It further strengthens Interfood’s offering to manufacturers seeking greater consistency, improved yield and more efficient production processes.
