Interfood Technology is pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with Italian bakery equipment specialist Domatic Sartori.
The agreement will see Domatic Sartori’s advanced dough shaping lines integrated into Interfood Technology’s Bakery division, led by industry expert James Fitch.
Domatic Sartori brings over 50 years of engineering heritage to the partnership, with origins dating back to the 1970s in precision mechanics and automation for the baking industry. Today, the company designs and manufactures customised industrial bakery lines and tailor-made dough machinery, combining patented research and development with a strong focus on efficiency, flexibility and product quality. Their solutions range from automatic divider rounders. to fully integrated dough shaping lines capable of producing a wide variety of baked goods at scale – while maintaining the integrity of traditional baking processes.
Through this partnership, Interfood Technology will expand its bakery portfolio with Domatic Sartori’s innovative systems, offering customers access to highly efficient, precision-engineered dough handling and shaping solutions. These technologies are designed to improve productivity, ensure consistency, and support both artisanal and industrial bakery operations.
