SERVOWRAP C500

The SERVOWRAP C500 is a high speed fully automatic wraparound packing machine that produces corrugated cartons, trays and tray/lid combinations from pre-glued or flat blanks. It delivers up to 25 cartons/min or 500 products/min and can be integrated with other product feeding systems as part of a fully automated end-of-line packing solution. The SERVOWRAP C500 is precision engineered using stainless steel for a robust and reliable packing solution. It can receive flat or standing packs that can be turned, grouped or stacked. Cartons, trays and lids can be produced in a wide range of formats with minimal downtime as the C500 is ergonomically designed for fast changeovers.

Buhmann SERVOWRAP C500

The SERVOWRAP C500 is intelligent, providing on-screen live data and OEE to help drive the efficiency of the complete production line. Underweight or incorrectly sealed cases are identified and automatically rejected for reprocessing. If required, the SERVOWRAP C500 also has a bypass run-through facility.

The SERVOWRAP C500 is a flexible, fully automated wraparound packing solution, well designed with a compact space-saving footprint that will deliver higher productivity and reduced labour costs to a packing operation while creating more floor space in the packing area.
