Eolo Convection Oven
The SALVA Eolo oven is a compact yet powerful fixed tray convection oven tailored for bakeries with limited space. With a width of 780mm and the capacity to accommodate 60×40 trays, it’s perfect for baking bake-off products and frozen pastries.
Renowned for its energy efficiency and durability, the Eolo oven comes in 5 or 9 tray models, with optional steam injection for added versatility.
Achieve superior baking quality with air aspiration facilitated by a powerful impeller (350mm diameter) with reverse rotation every 2 minutes for optimal airflow. Plus, its intelligently designed baking chamber is designed with rounded corners, eliminating any chance of dirt buildup, while easy-to-open baffles ensure simple cleaning.
Accessories
- Vapour Condenser: the vapour condenser is recommended when it is necessary to eliminate the steam left over from cooking, but there are no chimneys for the vapour extraction.
