J-Con

With features such as unlimited casing length, controlled product spacing, and a flexible zone layout, the system optimises productivity and casing utilisation while guaranteeing consistency in every batch. Monorail

The Monorail system offers flexibility in conveying up, down, or around corners. Its features and benefits include a flexible layout to fit existing facilities, with the ability to orient cook/chill zones and easy loading/unloading through truss pivot sticks. The system offers improved ergonomics by bringing products to the operator at the correct height. Inline

The Inline system is a reliable straight line conveyor ensuring high product density without tangling. With the ability to cook and chill in under 90 minutes, the system can accommodate 61-inch meat sticks with casings up to 140 feet for better smoke distribution. The system is easy to operate, simple to maintain, and ensures maximum uptime with individually controlled conveyors.

Surface Pasteurization

Rapid Roasting and Smoking Oven

Its unique Loop Air Flow system ensures colour uniformity, while its 2-meter-wide belt maximises capacity and minimises floor space. With faster processing, the system enhances yields and facilitates easier cleaning through open ductwork, continuous belt cleaning, and a water-cooled floor.

Multi-Product

The Multi-product system is ideal for longer process cycles or large dimension products. With maximum flexibility due to independent conveyor speed control and the ability to process different products in each lane, the system accommodates various cooking methods and chilling options – design zones for steam, water or dry cook, natural or liquid smoke, brine, water or air chill.

The system ensures process consistency with programmable temperature, RH%, and conveyor control, along with automatic door isolation of zones and superior air handling for uniformity. Featuring a walking beam conveyor system, it offers a durable design capable of high density/heavy loading to maximise capacity.

Serpentine

The Serpentine system enhances yields for sliced lunch meats and molded products, achieving superior uniformity with all products passing through the exact process.

Cyclone Continuous Oven

The Cyclone Continuous Oven offers food manufacturers a solution for increasing capacity within existing plant space. The Cyclone Continuous Oven offers the production capacity similar to a Spiral oven, all within the footprint and process of a Linear Oven. Dense loading ensures a greater percentage of usable cooking area per square foot of floor space. Additionally, the system provides superior cross-belt uniformity with temperature variations as low as +/- 2 degrees Fahrenheit. Cleanup is made easier with no complex ductwork, continuous belt cleaning, and a water-cooled floor.
