Meet the Team

Interfood is a team of professional engineers and product specialists. All members of staff are well trained and fully briefed. The induction and training of our engineers to the levels we require takes time and only by planning ahead can we ensure those levels of expertise and service that we set as a benchmark, are maintained.

Customer service advisors are also fully briefed on all Interfood products and services - with contact management software systems ensuring all information is immediately at hand.

Spares Co-ordinator

We have a 12-month maternity cover contract placement, commencing at the earliest opportunity, based at our new Head Office in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire.

The successful candidate will support the existing Spares Team with daily duties and ensure Best-In-Class service is received by all stakeholders. They should possess a good telephone manner, written and verbal communication skills. Basic Excel skills, the ability to multi-task and self-manage time & workflow is also desired.

Someone that is personable, enthusiastic & reliable would complement the existing team. Direct experience in a sales desk position is not essential but would be beneficial.
