SteriFlow Shaka
Shaka® is the latest member of the Steriflow family. This retort is particularly innovative, providing a large reduction in sterilisation cycle times (5 to 10 times), due to its shaking process and its ability to quickly raise the temperature. This time benefit is carried over to the quality of the product, to ensure optimal taste performance and nutritional value. Shaka® is a simple alternative to aseptic technology.
SteriFlow Dali
SteriFlow Dali operates an agitation of the product in the same way that a rotary retorts, but for a smaller investment. A chain conveyor (with Dali-customised solutions), used for baskets entry and exit, creates a longitudinal movement of 15 cm for 15 to 20 times per minute.
SteriFlow Super Dali
SteriFlow Super Dali is a new generation autoclave guaranteeing a reduced sterilization process. This autoclave is suitable for the sterilization of low viscosity products such as milk, soups or sauces. Benefit from the performance of a rotating model at a good price with medium frequency shaking
