CelsiusFOOD ConDuo modules are double contact belt grills. They apply conductive heat to the top and the bottom of products simultaneously. Both the upper and lower heating plates transfer the heat to the products through the non-adhesive Teflon™ coated conveyor. Adjustable from 1.5 - 200mm, heated with electricity or thermal fluid to achieve a maximum temperature of 260 degrees C.
CelsiusFOOD ConduVec modules combine convective and conductive heating. Products are conveyed on a non-adhesive Teflon™ conveyor, heating plattens provide conductive heat from below the products as radiation grills provide convective heat from above. An optional flip device could be installed to turn products as they cook. The unit can be partly heated with thermal fluid or entirely with electricity.
CelsiusFOOD ConUno modules apply conductive heat from below the products. Cooking time and cooking temperatures are determined by the operator, the equipment is excellent for (pre-base) cooking or surface stabilisation of products to prevent them from adhering to spiral or linear cooking systems that use steel wire belts.
CelsiusFOOD ConVec modules apply convective heat from above. Cooking time and temperature for convection grilles are determined by the operator. The equipment uses steel wire mechanical belts or flat-flex conveyor. The unit can be combined into ConDuo and ConUno modules.
CelsiusFOOD Steam modules use Teflon™ technology and apply steam from above. The steam modules can also use wire belts where steam can be applied from above and below the belt simultaneously. Cooking time and steam injection rate is determined by the operator. The equipment can be used alone or in combination with other CelsiusFOOD modular cooking systems.
