Multiple products can be processed with the Afogrill, both bulk and convenience products. The Afogrill combines two methods of heat transfer when grilling or roasting meat, fish, vegetables, bakery or fish products, namely infrared radiation complemented by classic convective heat. Both methods of heat transfer are independently adjustable and controllable. The Afoheat is a continuous oven.
The Afoflame is a continuous grill oven equipped with a gas-powered direct flame technology instead of the traditional infrared technology. At the same time, it preserves the concept and numerous advantages of the Afogrill.
The Afomarker re-creates, on the products, the natural marks from grilling. Using this particular burner technology permits very accurate settings of the temperature for the rings. Also, the rings are floatable, avoiding damage to the product surface.
The Aforôti is an alternative to the traditional "rôtissage" to grill ham, meat, chicken ... logs. It is an innovative concept to grill those products in a continuous way, working on the well known Afoheat infra-red technology, in combination with the traditional convection heat. The product makes even, horizontal movements, as a rotating movement can have the label of "rôti à la broche". If your products have different shapes (round, square, oval...), the cages can be easily adapted to other shapes.
The Afosearer is a brand new development of Afoheat. To respond to the demand of their customers, they developed a gas powered flame oven, based on the principle of the Afoflame, but in a very short version. The advantage being that the customer has the opportunity to integrate the bar marking in the oven, and the Afosearer is also modular. The customer can invest today in a small version, and if capacity increases, can add extra modules. All these modifications result in budget-friendly equipment.
The Afobrander is the next generation of the Afomarker. Retaining the same features but with a drum rather than floating rings, flexibility is improved. The orientation of the products on the conveyor is no longer important as the drum laser can operate vertically, horizontally or diagonally.
